Privacy
This website has no accounts, analytics or advertising cookies.
Cloudflare hosts the website and protects connections to the room service, processing technical connection information.
The room service stores player names, profile choices, match settings, results and reconnection details to run online matches. Your name, character, flag, title and results are shared with players in your room; open-room listings show the host’s name. Room records remain until deleted.
The room service also keeps online progress linked to your installation, so it can confirm Club Points and Online Wins.
Your connector saves preferences and results on your computer. The website does not receive these files.
Feedback and contact messages go through Cloudflare to Gmail. Your message and any email address you provide are used to review your feedback or reply. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information, email contact@smwmatchplay.co.uk.
